Join us on Wednesday evening for the ice-breaker and meet other conference participants while enjoying a light dinner. For conference participants, participation in the welcome evening is included in the registration fee.
If you would like to join the banquet, please indicate that during your online registration.
If you would like to bring along one or two guest(s) please also indicate that when registering online.
Fee for accompanying persons (guests): 20 Euro per person

Festive dinner - One night at Lake Garda 
Enjoy a dinner in a typical restaurant by the lakeside and a walk with striking views.
Fee per person: 50 Euro including dinner and bus shuttle (from conference venue and back)
Minimum number of participants: 50

Students' night out
Fee per person: 15 Euro


Saturday, 19th May 2012
Zoo night (Conference Banquet)
Venue: Parco Natura Viva, Bussolengo
Join us for the conference banquet including a delicious BBQ.
For conference participants, participation in the conference banquet is included in the registration fee. If you would like to join the banquet please indicate that when registering online for the conference.
If you would like to bring along one or two guest(s) please indicate that during your online registration.
Fee for accompanying persons (guests): 70 Euro per person


Sunday excursion to Heller Garden and Sirmione, 20th May 2012
Sirmione is on the tip of the Benaco peninsula, at the southernmost end of Lake Garda. The historic centre is delightful with narrow streets, aristocratic houses and small piazzas. By boat you will get to Gardone Riviera. Take a walk through the historic centre of Gardone, located in the hillside above the lakefront, and explore the nearby Heller Botanic Garden – faboulous gardens which take advantage of Lake Garda’s climate and feature a mix of plants from all over the world.

Fee per person: 60 Euro including:
- Coach transfer from conference venue (Parc Hotels) to Sirmione or   Gardone (about 2 hours transport) and back
- Full day tour guide
- Entrance fee Heller Garden in Gardone
- Boat ride from Sirmione to Gardone - public boat Navigarda
- Lunch at a local restaurant in Sirmione
