REGISTRATION FEES (besides guest fee) include:
- the welcome evening (Wednesday, 16th May 2012)
- the conference banquet (Friday, 18th May 2012)

- a conference booklet (scientific programme)


GUEST FEE (Early bird: 130 Euro; normal: 180 Euro) includes:

but does not include: participation in the conference (workshops, lectures, or talks)


CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellations, refund of registration fees will be as follow:
- For cancellations made before 31st March 2012: 100% refund
   minus 60 Euro handling fee
- For cancellations made between 1st April and 17th April 2012: 50% refund
- No refunds will be possible for cancellations made after 17th April 2012


CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS
Copies of the Conference Proceedings will be available at the conference desk for 50 € per copy. If you are not planning or will not be able to attend our conference, but are interested in purchasing the Conference proceedings, please send an e-mail to: 2012@zoovet-conference.org.
