Preliminary programme and topics:


Theory: 09:00 am - 01:00 pm:
- Properties of drugs used in wildlife anaesthesia
- Monitoring of anaesthesia including pulse oxymetry, capnography,
  electrocardiogram and arterial blood gas analysis
- Correction of normal physiology in the anaesthetized patient
- Use of emergency drugs
- Choices of fluid therapy
- Several case reports are presented based on the earlier theory for the
  participants to solve in little groups with discussion afterwards.

- Remote injection theory and equipment positioning, sampling
  and examination

03:00 pm - 06:00 pm: Practice
- Demonstration of the equipment
- Remote injection practise
