ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

If you would like to actively participate in the conference with an oral or poster contribution, we are looking forward to receive your abstract. You can submit your abstract either during your online registration for the conference or, if you have already registered for the conference, by logging in with the access code you have received with your registration confirmation.
The abstract of each contribution should briefly outline the purpose of the study, details of important findings and principal conclusions. Abstracts must follow the
guidelines of manuscript preparation, otherwise they will be sent back or even rejected.

Abstract submission deadline
has been extended to

27th February 2012

PRESENTATIONS AT THE CONFERENCE
There will be three different forms of presentations at the conference:
- Plenary talks (information on this year's plenary talks can be found here)
- Oral contributions
-
Poster contributions

ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Oral presentations will consist of 12 min followed by 3 min of discussion and will be allocated to plenary sessions.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Posters must have portrait format and should not exceed 84 cm (width) x 120 cm (height).

ACCEPTANCE OF ABSTRACTS
All abstracts received by 27th of February 2012 will be reviewed by the conference scientific committee. The scientific committee reserves the right to select the abstracts relevant to the sessions and topics and to decide on the final form of the presentation (oral or poster presentation).
Once the review process is completed, authors will receive an e-mail informing them whether their paper has been accepted, and whether it has been selected for a poster or for an oral presentation.
Contributions, either oral or poster, must be presented by a conference participant. If none of  the authors is attending the conference, the contribution will not be accepted.

Submitted abstracts will be accepted and published in the conference proceedings only on receipt of payment in full for registration.
